Ammonia Condenser is used for condensation of ammonia released in various process. With advantages of HRS Ecoflux Corrugated tube heat exchanger condensation occurs at around 15 kg at 400 C. This is a niche application in steel industry where highly efficient CTHE can be used with compact design which gives more than 40 % reduction in the size of heat exchanger as compared to normal Shell & Tube heat exchangers. It can be a cost reduction opportunity with better efficiency for industries in such kind of applications. HRS has supplied Ammonia Condenser to a renowned steel manufacturin plant in India. It can be also used in Chemical, Agrochemical and Fertilizer industry. Material of construction (MOC) for this can be CS,SS and higher grades based on process requirement.
