HRS ECOFLUX* Corrugated tube heat exchanger as Intercooler in CO2 removal plant removes the maximum moisture thus reduces compression load results into energy saving. We have supplied HRS ECOFLUX* Corrugated tube heat exchanger for similar application to gain same kind of saving in several fertilizer industries.

In CO2 recovery application, CO2 is to be compressed and cooled to remove the moisture content. Co2 recovery is essential because Co2 needs to be re-circulated for carrying out continuous reactions in the Urea manufacturing process
